The manager or assistant manager with the long bleach blonde hair is extremely rude. When asking for another cinnebon, she gave me one hacked into 10 different little pieces. Then I asked for a refund and she tore my original receipt in half. She kept the bottom part with the survey on it so I couldn't report her. I asked for the other half to my receipt and she called security on me. She also told some teenaged kids to harass me and I was harassed by these gang of punks for at least 15 minutes. I was sitting at a table calling my credit card to see if my refund was processed. I told the juvenile delinquents to back off or I will sue them for harassment and they left me alone. I will be reporting this awful treatment, rest assured. If you come to this mall bring a can of mace for the punks, juvenile delinquents, illegals, or ghetto garbage that roams around.
