I really tried to give them the benefit of the doubt after requesting a 2 week Cancellation *Standard Duh?* So i did the Right thing, but that's not where it started but after Over Charging me for the Damn 3rd time, i was Over it & After already putting in Cancellation paper work, i was like the hell with them. My son does not attend that school no longer so i feel compelled to tell future parents to sincerely "Shop" for a Preschool for your Beloved Little Precious baby, just as if you would for Insuranee or a Home. I am a Hard Workina Sinale mother, i Negatives, The front StaffTERESA & an Insurance Ager kids LUCIA the benefit of the Doubt cause shes just Teresa Puppet* HOWEVER they are all about putting on a GREAT & FABULOUS SHOW for New Parents i must say, but behind THOSE FAKE SMILES, they are Very Rude, Neglectful & Love to just Overcharge you for no Reason & come with Excuses for it. They say they have a "Strong" Security system, however they made it "OKAY" for a Random Woman to pick up my son without my consent? *this day i literally had to take work off because i was soo shook* They Totally did NOTHING About it.
