I heard the food was very good so I went to try. Me and the BF got the calamari, spaghetti alle vongole, and gnocchi. All were very delicious. I was actually so impressed that when the manager came to ask us how everything tasted I told her it was some of the best Italian food I've had and I told her I'm going to post about it on Instagram where I have over 11 thousand followers and a lot of them are in the area. Mac CTORY She seemed very happy about it. I was wrong. I thought that she would be greatful for the free advertising but when the check came there was literally no discount at all. I thought at least one of the entrees would be taken off but they didn't even take off the calamari or even the drinks! I won't go back here because of this. Which is a shame because the food was very good. The manager needs to understand how to treat customers.

I had called out the lil guy had parvo) and was told after l'd given d to set up for my friends dog (turns them my friends name that because he had missed some appointments, they refuse to see him or his dog. Now... I totally get it and I understand why, but honestly cannot understand how a place could even turn away a puppy who was In dire need of medical attention. Makes me sick to think that because they feel some sort of way towards people, that they would actually let a sick dog possibly die. Again I get it... but animals are family members to. Living and breathing like we all are, and they deserve a chance to get better and live should they ever fall ill. Response from the owner a week ago I am so grateful for your review because it is a classic example of emotional blackmail. This is when a person uses emotion to intimidate someone into getting what they want. There are hundreds of veterinary clinics as well as urgent care and emergency clinics in the Twin Cities so please don't pretend your friend had no other options when we declined to see him. Let's take a look from our perspective. The appointments that your friend missed meant that someone else's pet was denied medical care while we waited for someone who couldn't even be bothered to fill out the necessary paperwork or show up for his appointments (even after being reminded numerous times). I think the most important part of your review that cannot be emphasized enough is that Parvovirus is easily preventable with vaccines which your friend's puppy would have gotten if he had only shown up for his appointments. So ultimately, who is responsible for this poor puppies illness and possible death? To quote Paul Harvey "the answer to that is too obvious to require elaboration".
