There are hundreds of veterinary clinics as well as urgent care and emergency clinics in the Twin Cities so please don't pretend your friend had no other options when we declined to see him. Let's take a look from our perspective. The appointments that your friend missed meant that someone else's pet was denied medical care while we waited for someone who couldn't even be bothered to fill out the necessary paperwork or show up for his appointments (even after being reminded numerous times). I think the most important part of your review that cannot be emphasized enough is that Parvovirus is easily preventable with vaccines which your friend's puppy would have gotten if he had only shown up for his appointments. So ultimately, who is responsible for this poor puppies illness and possible death? To quote Paul Harvey "the answer to that is too obvious to require elaboration".
