Now... I totally get it and I understand why, but honestly cannot understand how a place could even turn away a puppy who was In dire need of medical attention. Makes me sick to think that because they feel some sort of way towards people, that they would actually let a sick dog possibly die. Again I get it... but animals are family members to. Living and breathing like we all are, and they deserve a chance to get better and live should they ever fall ill. Response from the owner a week ago I am so grateful for your review because it is a classic example of emotional blackmail. This is when a person uses emotion to intimidate someone into getting what they want. There are hundreds of veterinary clinics as well as urgent care and emergency clinics in the Twin Cities so please don't pretend your friend had no other options when we declined to see him. Let's take a look from our perspective. The appointments that your friend missed meant that someone else's pet was denied medical care while we waited for someone who couldn't even be bothered to fill out the necessary paperwork or show up for his appointments (even after being reminded numerous times). I think the most important part of your review that cannot be emphasized enough is that Parvovirus is easily preventable with vaccines which your friend's puppy would have gotten if he had only shown up for his appointments. So ultimately, who is responsible for this poor puppies illness and possible death? To quote Paul Harvey "the answer to that is too obvious to require elaboration".

Dear Anonymous Passerby, Don't worry, you're safe now! Your act of casual cruelty was successful. The complaint you lodged with the HOA was heard. They had me take down the small treefort that I built on this location with my sons during the pandemic. No longer will its presence offend your walk) past my house.
