I work in a cafe. A man without a mask came in. Now, I'm not ALLOWED to serve maskless patrons. We have a box of masks, but he refused. When I told him I couldn't serve him, he threw water at my face. 2 45+ Years Old 8 Male RATE THIS CHAT You are horrible For working? Dude. I gotta pay bills. I don't make these rules. That's WAY above my | pay grade. Lmao Some people have phobias about wearing masks Covid is the flu anyway And that sucks. But they have other options. If they can't/ won't wear a mask, fine. Use the f------ app and get curb side delivery. Don't even have to get out of the car. But if they wanna come into the shop, they have to follow the shop rules. Where do u work ? At a small family owned Cafe. Do u go anywhere maskless I don't go anywhere but work. Lmao Why not Are u a xenaphobe ? I was a recluse before all of this madness started. This is all just a great reason for me to stay home. Not really Lol What crime did the customer commit? Well, at the end he assaulted me and another coworker. Which is why he got arrested. How did he allegedly assault you? Throwing a drink onto someone is assault. As is spitting at someone (which he did to a coworker). It was all caught on the security footage. What did u say or do to him first to provoke the response? The conversation was short. He came in. I asked if he happened to have a mask. He said no. I offered him one (we have a box of free and fresh masks to offer in case anyone forgets). He said he wouldn't wear one. I told him that l'm really sorry, but that without a mask I am not able to help him, and asked if he had the app to place a curbside order. He got mad. He told me to do my job. I told him that | am doing my job, and that a big part of my job is to follow the company policy. I told him (again) that l'm sorry, I understand it's inconvenient, but that I can't help him if he doesn't wear a mask. Then, he threw the water at me. Wearing a mask is not a crime!!! U bullied him We are a privately owned establishment. That means that, so long as we aren't discriminating, we can make WHATEVER rules we want. We could say that you have to wear red ball gowns, ban left shoes, and refuse to serve anything but hot milk after 1 PM, if we wanted to. Lmao We are 100% allowed to require masks. If he doesn't like that, fine. We've made other accommodations. But nobody gets to come into our shop and ignite our rules. Or did i throw the water on your self & cry like a little girl & your manager doctored the video & Making people wear a mask is discrimination No. It isn't. Legally, it is 100% NOT discrimination. It has nothing to do with gender, age, religion, race, sexuality, or any of the other protected groups. What is the name of the business So while he is eating he needs to wear a mask? We don't have any kind of dine in available. Take out only. To come in, order/pay, and wait for a drink, a mask is required. *drink or food What if a customer is deaf? We do things via writing. After dealing with the board of directors with MULTIPLE COMPLAINTS about a local group and kingdom FAILURE TO FOLLOW COVID-19 guidelines, expressing such concerns, and after my wife got COVID-19 from attending an SCA event practice, I have decided to blast this to every group and every person. The board of directors won't do s---, got it on recording, Craig Carter himself said "We're not planning on taking any action." So instead, I'm taking action for failure to follow CDC guidelines and filling a lawsuit against the board of directors for negligence. This is why the SCA is dead and dying, because the board is more concerned with keeping members and money rolling in then the core aspect of this, which is being a damn game. The SCA died when the board became more inclined to sacrifice safety and security for the sake of the organization. O Like Comment Share

It looked like it was charging but after a few hours, it wasn't working. So I changed it for more than 24h and the charging light is still on as if it will never get full. Javier, the MNGR/owner was absolutely rude and didn't care that he sold a DAMAGED product and now the little stupid costumer should chase the FemmFunn company warranty ,instead of the store sending it back as damaged- which is called PROPER COSTUMER SERVICE! Again this WAS NEVER USED, and still not working. I would agree to activate the warranty if it was working at all at the beginning, but this is simply not the case! Too bad that you need to get this one star for your greediness, your sales lady was nice and professional. Maybe you should learn a thing or two from her about business and CS. I wouldn't come close to this cheap store!
