Jameskii 1 second ago Here is the update on the CollabDRM situation. I was advised to not make public statements until the time is right. The resolution of the situation ended up going nowhere - I took down my tiktok video so I dont get the strike During this entire argument with Collab they threatened to sue me for "defamation". It's a bit ironic considering they contacted media saying that they didn't get a reply from me, when they completely ignored some of my emails and a lot of points that I made. Worth mentioning that they also tried to offer me licenses to the clips if I delete my statements and remain silent. Very interesting priorities, you can make your own conclusions. I address this so you know what this company is actually doing behind the scenes, it's a matter of principle I'm going to get back to my upload schedule once I release these 5+ videos from 2017-2018 I've been trying to finish over the last month. After that I'm going to be completely free, ready for 2019! It's a bit rough start of the year for me and my channel but there is nothing we can do about it now, aside addressing this, so more creators and viewers know about it. Hopefully things will only get better from now on.
