Pontiff Sulyvahn is a central figure in Irithyll and a high ranking member of the Church of the Deep, although his religious ties are mostly for his own political gain. He is able to outmaneuver his enemies by being the captain of the outrider knights, and by using his eyes to transform his enemies into mad, violent beasts.
