On June 17th, 2023, X^[1] user @jacuzzicoaster tweeted a screenshot of an Instagram story from a currently unknown user who met actress Lily-Rose Depp (Johnny Depp's daughter) and her girlfriend, rapper 070 Shake (real named Danielle Balbuen) in SoHo, Manhattan (shown below). The person was turned off by Depp's attitude and mocked her outfit which was a "trench coat buttoned to the TOP and these ballerina ass slippers." The person also believed that Depp was "coked out."

X^[1] user @jacuzzicoaster captioned the screenshot, "Midnights til dawn cover," and received over 1,100 likes in two years. It's unknown if @jacuzzicoaster was the first to post the screenshot because a different screenshot was shared by Redditor^[2] InteractionInside833 on the same day, showing a since-deleted tweet from a user named "sarah ! 7," also known as @softcrevoid.^[3]

The Instagram story resurfaced en masse in 2024, like in a tweet shared by X^[4] user @bronzedvanille on July 21st, 2024, who said, "I think about Lily-Rose Depp and her trench coat buttoned to THE TOP at least once a week," amassing over 34,000 likes in six months (shown below).

On August 3rd, X^[5] user @iheartmollyxo tweeted the image, captioning it, "Yes again 'cause so funny," receiving over 43,000 likes in six months.

On December 3rd, 2024, X^[6] user @skyferrori quote tweeted a post about Lily-Rose Depp Stunning in a New Photo, captioning it, "The only thing I can think of when I see her face is that rant of her from a fan meeting 070 Shake," receiving over 71,000 likes in a month (shown below).

On December 9th, TikToker^[7] @veggiequeen69 posted a video in which she read the Instagram story, gaining over 2.2 million plays and 341,600 likes in a month (shown below).

The video's TikTok sound^[8] was used by others on the app in the following weeks. For instance, on December 25th, 2024, TikToker^[9] @cierra.oda posted a video using the audio, showing herself in a trench coat buttoned to the top, gaining over 598,700 plays and 85,000 likes in eight days (shown below).

On December 28th, X^[10] user @alphalicent tweeted, "TikTok discovered this 💔💔💔," gaining over 62,000 likes in five days (shown below).
