Summon your Persona is a movement for shooting own head to summon the persona on the video game series Persona. Meanwhile the suicidal looking pose is popular in Persona fan arts, it also can be a suggestion to "commit suicide", similar to An hero.

The meme has it's origins in the videogame Shin Megami Tensei:Persona 3 where the characters shoot themselves with the gun mirroring evokers to simulate the emotional trauma of suicide in order to summon their "Persona" (a manifestation of their psyche).
