Overview

If My Wife Becomes An Elementary School Student is a manga and anime series written and illustrated by Yayū Murata. The series follows the story of a man who remains brokenhearted 10 years after his wife passed away until one day an elementary school girl comes to his house claiming that she's his wife reincarnated. The manga premiered in Weekly Manga Times in July 2018 and an anime adaptation is scheduled to premiere in October 2024. In June 2024, the anime's first trailer went viral on social media, inspiring memes and jokes centered around the premise of the series.
