About
SpongeBob In Silent Hill, also known as Hell Naw Spunch Bob or X's Subplot, is an image macro meme that is typically edited and used as an exploitable template alongside the phrasal template "X's subplot." The image features a worried-looking SpongeBob gazing into a decaying and decrepit hallway from the 2006 video game Silent Hill. The caption on the earliest known version of the format reads, "aw hell naw spunch bob took 40 benadryls," referencing the Spunch Bob meme.
