The game was created by Andy Sum for the 7DFPS competition, where indie video game developers were tasked with creating a first person shooter game in seven days.^[1] Sum uploaded a teaser video of his project to his Youtube account^[2] on November 8th, 2014, the very first day of the competition.

Spread

On November 16th 2014, Kotaku journalist Luke Plunkett did an article about the game^[3] and on November 17th, 2014, Polygon user DanielleRiendeau reviewed the game and interviewed Andy Sum. In the interview, Sum states he drew most of his inspiration from the r/montageparodies sub-reddit^[4]
