The Fav Princess Peach Filter is a 777 TikTok filter in which users are given two differently designed images of Princess Peach from Super Mario Bros. and asked to tilt their heads toward their favorite. Once an image is chosen, the unchosen image is then replaced with an NSFW rule 34 image of Peach, allowing the user to continue to choose. The filter went viral in May 2023 as users reacted to it, resulting in its removal from the app and copycat filters applying the same bait-and-switch tactic to other pop culture characters.

777 Filters are a series of filters on TikTok that ask the viewer to choose between two options by nodding their head, however, when they choose one photo, the other photo switches to rule 34 pornography. This trend began in mid-May 2023.
On or around May 23rd, 2023, a filter went viral on TikTok that offers users two different images of Princess Peach from Super Mario Bros., asking users to tilt their heads towards the design they prefer. When the user has chosen an image, the other picture changes to an NSFW rule 34 image of Princess Peach and the user continues to decide between images. The earliest videos reacting to the filter were uploaded on May 23rd, 2023. For example, TikToker[1] @tara_the_turtle_123 posted a video playing the filter, garnering over 4.3 million views in a day (shown below).

TikTokers continued to post reactions to the filter over the following days until it was removed from TikTok on May 23rd, 2023. For example, TikToker[2] @nurandpelumi posted a video that gained over 2.6 million views in a day (shown below, left). On the same day, TikToker[3] @koronakong posted a video reacting to it that gained over 2.7 million views in a day (shown below, right).
