The influencer gets free items, and the business advertising. In this TikTok we can see that Kamii Franco not only removed the tag with the name of the business, she also disparaged the clothing to promote other of the clothes she sells. The store was @alaska._ok on Instagram. The fact that the clothing she disparaged was in a hanger heavily implies that she was already selling the item in her very own store.
