Vladimir Putin's entrance during his presidential inauguration ceremony in 2012 spawned a number of parodies which show him walking through the long hallways of the Kremlin to the tune of different songs referencing pop culture. In this case, the song is a parody made by comedy singer and impersonator Klemen Slakonja, "Putin Putout".
