The group think here is so deep and so dominant that people don't express their opinions for fear of being banned. There are no dissenting opinions here because they've been weeded out or are self-censored I've been around here in one form or another for years, and this used to be not only the top gaming community on the web, but one of the top communities period. In your understandable goal of being inclusive and welcoming, you've ended up handing over your forum to extremists who enforce the exact opposite. Not only is there no place for any sort of conservative/religious/"traditional" opinion in this forum, there's not even a place for the mainstream opinion any more If you want this community to be around for another 10 years you need to open it back up to people. You need to allow humor again. You need to allow dissent. You need to not let these hard hard-hard-hard left wing nuts (and I say this as a democrat myself) ruin the forum by silencing any sort of opinion, humor, or thought that doesn't fall in lockstep with their ideology Let's see... what else.
