Know Your Meme
A Representation of Our Land and Designed by: Vincent C. Stone from Auckland This flag fits with the traditions of many other popular tri-colour flags and would be recognised easily on an international level. The three colours are complementary and are colours easily found in our beautiful natural landscape; they are colours to be proud of. The colours also represent our population: the blue, representing the oceans, also represents our strong multiculturalism and citizens that have come to our lands over the sea. The red-brown represents the lifeblood and strength of the people that inhabit our lands as well as the versatile land itself. The green represents our youth: their naivety and their strength, and our responsibility to tend to them as we do our native flora and fauna.
