Final Apex 2015 Entry Numbers

Not only did Melee break 1K entrants for the first time in history, but it also reached the registration cap of 1024, and with the 16 that automatically qualified via qualification tournaments, it has the maximum amount of entrants it could possibly have had. Apex 2015 has shattered the record books, more than living up to its reputation of being the premier Smash tournament.

Smash 4 also reached an astounding 831 entrants despite having only been out for 3 months (and that's only if you count the 3DS version, which isn't being played at Apex). Hopefully it can one day break 1K entrants for itself!
