Pretty much entirely human in form and basic appearance, but at this stage you start seeing traits like full-body fur, animal elements in the face, claws or pawpads on otherwise human hands, etc. Still almost solely human in general anatomy. Examples: Cheetah from DC comics; M'ress and Dr. T'Ana from Star Trek, Cathay Khajiit from TES; Mr. Peanutbutter from Bojack Horseman, Lola Bunny from Space Jam, etc. 3:50-74% human. Head/face is typically mostly animal with perhaps a few human elements.
