Even if the client contact emails you, a lowly admin person just asking a stupid question about some stupid spreadsheet, you have to clear it through the main sales rep before you reply, or else you'll likely wind up getting a stern lecture. The LAST THING they want is some lowly customer service rep or account manager giving a stupid answer, or not knowing some special arrangement they had, and making them look stupid in front of a client. A loss of a single client can determine whether they are going to vacation in Bali next summer, AND THE STARS AND MOONS CAN COLLIDE IF THEY CAN'T VACATION IN BALI NEXT SUMMER! And then did the completely unprecedented and illogical action of publicly posting of her firing on their social media accounts, possibly violating laws in the process?
