I think that there is still a chance TOS is real, and this is what I feel the final, FINAL roster might look like. Makes sense too, since all the characters would be properly organized by their series.
And before someones says it, No, the leaked image of the Old Tower dose not mean it's disconfirmed, we have no idea how the stage works, or what kind of stage it is in general. So until we know for sure what it is, it doesn't debunk the leak.
Lets just hope we get more smash news before November 21st.
