Kirby's final cutter (top left) appears to kick up rocks rather than a shockwave in the second picture. It's not clear what the difference is in the third picture. Kirby's stone and hammer specials appear to get weaker and faster or stronger and slower. The bigger thwomp also appears to bury the foes upon impact. Kirby's inhale becomes ice breath, or kirby jumps into the opponent with his mouth open and eats them, as seen in the video.
