I know the truck mode is an icon and I love it all the same but trying to imagine Optimus in less expected alternate vehicle modes is too much damn fun. Oh sure there are times when Optimus is something different like a gorilla or a lion (or a bloody writing pen) but more often than not it's always some kind of big truck, like either a semi or a fire truck. All the while his counterpart Megatron is everything from a gun to a tank to a jet, a dragon, a t-rex, a stealth bomber, a race car that kind of turns into a jet, even a damn assault helicopter with two propellers!
