FuCHING MAGNETS Alright bitches. here's what's up. Before we go fight Chuck, we need to catch ourselves one of these little s-------- Yeah. that's right. Magnemite the Mighty. You see this little f-----? He's a mind-blowingly awesome dual Electric/Steel type. You know what that means? It means this guy resists basically half the type chart, and is straight up immune to poisoning. which as we all know. is a major pain in the ass In addition to his hella sweet typing. Magnemighty evolves into Magneton. aka MagneTons of Awesome For those of you massive fuckasses out there who may not know s--- about Magneton, in Gen 2 it has the highest base Special Attack stat of any Steel type which, in case you shitlords have forgotten, is the defensive king of all Pokemon types. Speaking of Defense. Magneton's base Defense stat is a respectable 95. That's not bad at al Now. you're probably wondering. "Man. why get this thing BEFORE Chuck? He has a Fighting gym! Fighting wrecks Steel!" And you'd be right. BUT... ちゃ This tiny little thumbnail of a water route is Route 41. Magnemighty will be able to blow everything we encounter here out of the water. pun f------ intended, and get some big experience. If we can get him high enough leveled. or even EVOLVE him our little Magnemite MIGHT be able to take out Chuck's toughest Pokemon, his Poliwrath. But that's hardly the only reason we could use a Magnetorn ALL SIX OF THESE POWERFUL TRAINERS THAT WE MUST FIGHT HAVE TWO OR MORE POKEMON THAT ARE WEAK TO ELECTRIC Most important of all of these is LANCE. who has THREE POKEMON that are weak to Electric, and the other three would still be hit neutrally by it But all of this pales in comparison to what awaits us atop Mt. Silver The single hardest Trainer in any Pokemon game ever released, period. On top of that, the streamer has apparently given him our Hall of Fame team from TPP Red Behold our damnation. Or are they? Lord Helix. Bird Jesus, and Air Jordan all take super effective damage form Electric attacks. Electric also hits ATV and the Arcangel of Justicefor neutral damage. Our only true fear is The Fonz. but assuming he has the moveset he had when we beat TPP:R, his strongest move to hit Magneton would be Surf, and with Special being split into Special Attack and Special Defense in Gen 2. it won't hit nearly as hard. Additionally. the Arcangel. who was and undoubtedly remains Red's strongest Pokemon, would not be able to hit Magneton for anything more than NVE Drill Peck. Thunder. Take Down, all the moves it knows would be useless against Magneton So yeah. Let's get a god-damn Magnemite
