The first step is to repent and accept his forgiveness which is given to you through Christ and understand that you are unconditionally loved and cherished beyond what you can imagine I'm telling you the following things from my personal experience. The key to overcoming this is to realize that you alone CAN NOT win this battle. That's where Jesus comes in. Put this struggle in his hands everyday and focus on developing your relationship with him. He is there for you and by focusing on cultivating a relationship with him, all these lustful desires will gradually leave your mind overtime and will be replaced by true joy and peace that can only come from him. He will fulfill you more than anything this world has to offer and that is the truth M----------- thrives in isolation. In other words, the worst thing you can do is keep this a secret and don't tell anyone. It is impossible to overcome it without bringing it into the light, believe me. Thats why I would encourage you to become accountable to someone you trust (see James 5:16). Im assuming you are female judging from your username, so find a woman in your life who you trust and has a close relationship with Jesus and talk to her about this and ask her to pray for you. It will help massively Shannon Ethridge is a fantastic author who has written a great book called "Every Young Woman's Battle Go pick it up.
