Im calling it right now It's gonna be mentioned all throughout the season, and the mane six are slowly going to acquire the keys needed to open it. In the finale, they will face something evil, and without the Elements of Harmony, they can't defeat it. Finally they find the last key, hoping for the chest to contain their salvation. It's going to be empty, and they're going to realize it was their friendship that solved their problems, not the Elements themselves (even though this is complete b-------). Then it's going to go one of two ways: 1) They're going to completely f--- over the Elements like in EqG by having the mane six do the rainbow blast without them or 2) They're actually going to win because of their friendship and teamwork. I really f------ hope they prove me wrong
