Once in the asylum, the new environment had convinced him that he had been flung into the future Aku is his distorted idea of what the murderer looked like, Mad Jack is nothing but a reflection of himself in the mirror, Demongo is the embodiment of his medication trying to steal his essence i.e. trying to dull his hallucinations), Scotsman is another man in the asylum, and Josephine is just a nurse WHY DO I THINK OF THESE THINGS THIS DOESN'T EVEN MAKE SENSE.))
