"Wario" (tragic event caused by bad people) took Spy to unhappy, pointless life. Dream was over, and Spy realized that it was all about his real life. He decided to sacrifice the rest of his life for vengeance. He decided to prevent bad people from destroying other happy lifes. Strange way of walking isa symbol of changes in his mindset.
