I blushed even deeper at the thought; I can be such a loudmouth We drew apart, the kiss fading into my most cherished memories. He stood there with a smile as delicate as the rest of him was rugged. She smiled. Tender as a lily, sweet as alfalfa, bashful as a violet. That rosy mane hung past I glanced away, unable to look her in the eyes, certain I'd leapt clean over propriety like some Then I felt the warmth of her head under mine as she lifted my spirit and nuzzled me close.
