The highest ranking agent to date, OBSV agents are the smartest soldiers the A.A.H.W. had created so far in the Madness Combat series. They make a premier in Madness Combat 7.5 where Sanford and Deimos go to an A.A.H.W. base to stop the production of upgraded OBSV agents. They succeeded, but even though they seemed to have all been eliminated, a screenshot of Madness Combat 11 posted on Krinkels's Newgrounds page shows an OBSV agent's corpse in the background, signaling that there may be a return of these foes.
