afriver's Licz This is a campaign where we'll be eating rations, counting ammunition, and using variant encumbrance for added realism! Yup. So if you agree to play in it, it's rather rude to the DM who put in all that effort learning the setting and planning the campaign if you build your character specifically in order to completely nullify that, right? Yup. And since we got to roll for stats in a really generous method, where we all got chunky stats, and we're all getting multiple free Feats, we should try to NOT throw a wrench into it, right? So we'll build our characters appropriately for the setting that we agreed to play in, and not stress made with mematiut our DM, right? That makes sense to me. I'm going to play an Elf Druid with Goodberry and Magic Stone, dump Strength completely, and complain for two hours straight about Variant Encumbrance on the DM's personal time until they finally break and offer to tell me where the Bag of Holding is just to get me to stop
