dnd races have different anatomy than Cantification ra Briver's Licens humans right? 00 PA Trick StaR and thus would have different stregnth, agility, etc. than humans, right? yes. makes sense to me. so different races should have different ability bonuses! no, npcs don't get any bonuses, and players only get bonuses from backgrounds
