Warhammer Fun Fact Due to their instinctual knowledge of craft- building, most likely gleaned from their ancestors feeding on Orks that crashed on ancient Pech, the tribalistic Kroot have access to Warp travel. They are able to traverse the Warp with dependable accuracy thanks to certain members of their kindreds proving capable makeshift navigators, drawing their Warspheres to preferable worlds as though by instinct or intuition instead of through the Imperium's Astronomican. Though viewed as culturally backwards luddites by their Tau peers, the advantage of full-blown Warp travel is not possessed in the famously high-tech Tau arsenal. The Kroot, in turn, view the Tau as too reckless and naive to have such power, and have made no known attempt to share the boon. Hence, why Kroot are seen plying their services all over the galaxy, while the Tau remain almost fully restricted to its Eastern Fringes.
