It borrows a lot from warhammer in that a faithful and pious army of pseudo-christians are fighting an all-out attritional hellwar against an unspeakably horrific army of heretics and their demonic allies. I feel like the people at my University's dnd club would find this too much. I still want to put it in though. I'm thinking about basing a game in this setting, maybe using one of the 40k rpg books as a rulebook, just switching out some names here and there. I can't remember which one allows you to play as guardsmen.
