Yeah I've heard that one before - A Hollywood Godzilla becomes a modest hit saving the franchise from sinking into complete oblivion - Godzilla finally becomes a truly international brand after all these years with a whole universe of big budget pictures - Mothra, Rodan and Ghidorah on the big screen in a major Hollywood film - Toho is back and this time their movies are critically acclaimed and win awards - More new fans than ever before and they're checking out the older movies, the fandom is bustling with activity - Gradually it becomes one of the franchises the young generations is growing up with and considers their own no astroturfing required - We get Godzilla media on such regular basis it feels weird when it's a month without anything new - Godzilla becomes and Oscar winning franchise - Because a former Godzilla director returned after 40 years to save the series and kept Godzilla's flame alive for us all What a time to be a Godzilla fan
