Police: "You've got a neighbor that thinks you're cooking meth." Me: *Bursts out laughing. Police genuinely interested: "What are you making?" Me: "Do you know what Dungeons and Dragons is?" Police: "Yeah." Me: "I'm making miniatures and terrain for my battle boards."*I pantomime moving a mini around on my tiny 2"x2" water cavern tile. Police: "Nice! Can you cast one for my PC? I need a Paladin in shiny plate armor" Me: "Sure thing. If you're looking for a game, I DM every other Thursady." Police: "You trying to bribe me with D&D?" Me: "What? Wait, no, no, not at..." It turns out that was using a respirator to mix resin to pour into Dungeons and Dragons molds. The anonymous caller called because he saw the male with a respirator on and stirring something Suspect is just a nerd playing with dolls.
