A spectral sword appears in front of you and slices off one of your appendages. Roll 1d4 to determine the appendage (1- Left Arm, 2- Right Arm, 3- Left Leg, 4- Right Leg). You experience the full pain of this, but you take no damage. The wound is instantly healed over, and the lost appendage turns into a rare or rarer weapon of the DM's choice. If your appendage is ever regenerated in any way, the magic weapon will fade from existence.
