It s attack, which I have put conveniently within this lore dump, deals 20d13 nonmagical blood damage (ignoring optional spearfishing rules) and lowers the players constitution score by an equal amount. If the player character dies, the blood bleeder steals their blood so they can't resurrect, and you get to laugh at their stupid faces like the sadist you probably are. The effect is doubled for females (I don't need a reason).
