Unhinged rant I found about McDonalds | /r/FuckYouKaren

10:57 5G 78% On May 23 there was a mobile order put in and when I pulled into my spot to let them know I was there they left me outside for 15 mins. The lady said because they are short staff I said okay she told me I can pull back to my spot and get food which I did. The brought out my food but not my mango pineapple smoothie they lady who brought out the food said she will go back and get it. After sitting there for 10 more mins I asked the guy in the window he said the machine is down and there trying to get it up and running will you would think If McDonalds wanted to keep a customer they would tell you these things without you having to ask. I told him I have to be to work Im running late now because I am pregnant the mango pineapple smoothie has been helping me when Im dehydrated in the morning. May 24 I come back in the morning the lady was same lady in the morning rude she knew who I was because I spoke to her yesterday and leaving me out there for 15 mins she didnt want to give me what I was Missing today I showed her the transaction off my phone telling her what I had she said she short staff I cant make your item right now. Like what kind of customer service is that she then slammed the window on me and the guy in the window from yesterday who told me to come back he has a bread with glasses in works am. I even told them this is who I talked to they didnt care they didnt want to help I sat there and cried because all I wanted was my smoothie I didnt even care about the food and to be treating someone pregnant like this they should be ashamed of themselves literally. This two days have been by far the worse days
