When mistakes happen, as can happen in everyday life, we always look to learn from them, grow from them, and make it right. This message is not about that. Trying to send me down to the store next to them or two stores down. I feel like if you're a small business and you want people to shop there for any length of time, your restroom shouldn't be "broken ". I wonder how the employees use the restroom?
