Some of the greatest hits of the 2018 progressive wave include:

• Jorge Rial (the Argentine equivalent of Perez Hilton) becoming a feminist icon.

• State-enforced weekly ten minutes of feminist propaganda which could not be challenged in any way by the staff of the radio station that aired for five months.
• Todes, a TV show produced and broadcasted by the National University of La Plata.
• Yo te creo hermana (I believe you, sis), which culminated in the harassment towards the Punk God, which eventually ended in suicide. All of this for a crime that never happened.
• The peak of popularity of Emmanuel Danann, with his fake debates with his then-girlfriend, who acted as Marla, a strawman feminist character.

"Using inclusive language to refer to kittens" is a reference to this fragment of an interview by Tomás Rebord with Noelia Custodio, an Argentine actress. People mocked this tweet because there are bigger worries, like having half of the population living in poverty.
