Each booster box comes to us sealed from the distributor and any time you want a "fresh" factory sealed box to choose packs from, you're welcome to ask. If you've collected for any amount of time, you should be aware that it's strictly luck of the draw and you must of hit a string of bad luck. I'm sorry for your bad luck, but to make a false allegation when you don't get what you expected is not acceptable.

My husband and daughter went to pick them up today. When they walked into the store to employees were talking about popping balloons when the customer came to pick them up.
