Yep, this is the origin of the infamous image. I literally would not have found it if it weren't for the commissioner posting an incredibly noisy, desaturated, watermarked image, which I subsequently denoised, resaturated and dewatermarked, then reverse image searched. It's gone from the internet forever now; except here, that is.
