Jotaro did it on purpose because there's no way he would lose to the stupid rat at all since it's just a stupid, lowly rat while Jotaro is a superior human and he was purposefully getting hit just because he wanted Josuke to get some practice on aiming and hitting targets and he knew that Crazy Diamond could heal him up if he were to get hit which is why he just walked up and tanked a few shors because he knew that he would get hit and he wasn't actually surprised when the projectiles were hitting him and the rat never knew about his Time Stop but he just knew he was going from one spot to another instantaneously so the rat wouldn't have ever beaten Jotaro if Josuke wasn't around because he could've easily ran up and beaten the rat by just using his Time Stop and running up there really fast and him only being able to stop time for half of a second is enough time for him to run all the way up there and destroy the rat in an instant and then it would all be over with but he chose not to because then Josuke couldn't have made with mematicexperience and it would've 392 Bug-Eaten could've soloed Jotaro
