I know people are understandably weary of AI art, but I just wanted to show this off as an example of why I've found it very useful as an artist. I had a character in mind for a while but I had writer's block trying to figure out how I wanted them to look. These Novel AI pictures gave me some good inspiration.

Author gets scammed with AI art

I do use Photoshop on the final image for a few color shifting filters and a sharpening mask then also questioned this saying that it looked like it was Al generated to me, and asked if they could provide the process from sketch to final, because authors would be the ones held accountable they use this cover commercially This designer deleted my comment and blocked me from the group. If that isn't proof of their guilt then...yeah So authors buyers, beware and pay attention to what you are buying Do not be afraid to ask questions Ask for their cover process. This cover designer (Rainbow Danger Designs) shared a few covers stating they were original illustrations in their cover group. They are even on their website, having been sold at $500. It states that 'It includes the ebook, print wrap and the commercial rights to use the illustration in your book's merch.. You can not copyright Al generated work. If an artist truly wanted to preserve their own rights and property, then they wouldn't have posted it online anyway. Let's be real - artists post their work online because they want the attention and they crave it. Everything online is publicly available, and is classified for fair use. If you want to train your model to emulate a certain style, then you have the right to do so. Nobody complains when artists draw in other artists style.
