Hello, thanks for making my sons party such a blast. I have to say, I wasn't overly impressed with the organiser. He didn't engage overly with the children. Apart from telling them the rules, putting a few barriers up and providing the nerf guns, he stood around a lot doing nothing. I could have done 10 times better and actually engaged with the children. For £130 I expected him to have interacted a bit more and looked like he was enjoying himself. On a plus, the children had a fabulous time. Unfortunately, most Mum and Dads thought the chap was a huge disappointment. He looked like it was an absolute chore for him and couldn't pack up quick enough. I'm sorry to have to say this, not like me to complain. If this was my business, I'd like to know. I have never written a negative review, but feel that I need to this time so others don't experience what we experienced. We felt completely taken advantage of by the cohost/ host, and the treatment we received from them was extremely disappointing, shocking, and lacked transparency. We spent a lot of time during our vacation dealing with the issue they created. The house itself is very nice although it does get loud in the middle of the night (dogs barking, roosters crowing, etc.); the bedrooms on one side of the house also get a lot outside light, so it's hard to sleep in. I highly recommend looking elsewhere- no one should experience what we experienced.
