Kayli Munn's Post-Arrest Interview On July 13, 2021, Kayli Munn was interviewed after her arrest. During her interview, Defendant Munn admitted to traveling to Washington, D.C. with her family to attend the then- president's rally. She further discussed walking to the Capitol building and observing tear gas prior to entering the building. Once inside, Defendant Munn said that she did not see any violence, and claimed that a Capitol police officer had spread trash in a bathroom. When pressed, however, she admitted she had not personally seen an officer spread trash. She further claimed to have seen Antifa, but was not able to describe what Antifa looked like.
