Shopping primarily for vegetables, I was helped by an employee when I could not find a product I wanted and was offered further assistance. This was very commendable. But, later when I checked out with the self-check system, I found that baby red potatoes that were on sale did not reflect the sale price. I asked the employee at the self-check out section to check the price. He called the produce department and they confirmed the price reflected on the computer, which I knew to be wrong. I finished my check out and then went back to the produce section to check the price. Sure enough, the sale price was less. I was given a refund of just a few cents, but I was amazed that there did not seem to be an attempt to correct the price in the system. While my purchase was small and did not amount to a lot of money, given the amount of potatoes the store may sell, it is cheating customers of an advertised sale price. I think the store should take this more seriously. What other sale prices have I missed out on??? Fu...y 0 Co C... 1

12:14 ← r/AmltheAsshole day! This argument feels stupid but a lot of people are mixed about it, so I thought I'd come here. Some say I'm right and others called me an a------ and a bitch. Where I (46F) live it can get really hot. Lately it's been really bad and the temperatures soared up to 104. Today was the first day where it was in the 70's. I was getting the mail and saw my neighbors son (17M?) out with their two big dogs. They are beautiful and very friendly. Now, I think they have some adorable good dogs, they are a pretty wild bunch but well-trained and sweet. He waved and smiled at me and I asked him where he was going. Confused, he said he was taking his dogs out. I scoffed and said in this weather? That's inhumane and unethical. He sort of looked uncomfortable and said he wouldn't take them out if it was too hot. I told him he should learn how to properly take care of his dogs and that's when he snapped. He angrily told me he would never take his dogs outside if it was too hot for them and he even checked the sidewalk and black top temp before leaving. He stormed off without saying another word. I was just trying to help and be friendly, but he was incredibly rude with how he acted.
