Splatoon will probably sell about 100K units in the first month. After that, it'll go to around 200K with all the regions, then stagnant and die. It's a new IP with a purely multiplayer focus, something completely new to Nintendo and fans, on a system not selling well where even Smash only sells 3 million copies. 7 YEARS LATER...
