The person who worked there mentioned that it was gluten free, which was the only reason I got it. Being gluten free, I'm never able to have the cookie ice cream so this was exciting! We decided to come back a second time on our trip to get the same ice cream. This time it was a different woman behind the counter who informed me the ice cream WASN'T gluten free. Frankly, I was really upset. She didn't apologize, try to make up for it, or make it right. Being gluten free, I'm constantly worried something like this will happen and I'll be served gluten based on someone not knowing the products. I asked her so many times.
